Urban Mountain Development is an urban real estate development company, set amidst the Rocky Mountains of Montana, specializing in the development of existing historical spaces.

Who We Are

Karina Christensen

Karina has extensive real estate sales and property management experience, and holds a current Montana real estate license. She is a co-owner in a property management company, which owns and operates multi-unit residential rental properties throughout the US.

A professional Interior Designer, she has over 17 years experience in designing and managing the completion of high-end projects, ranging from residential, to commercial as well as extensive experience in the private jet market.

Karina holds a Business Management degree from the United World College of Singapore, and attended Parsons School of Design in New York.

Blair Williams

Blair’s background is in public relations and marketing, although she has experience in property development beginning with the historic Montana Distillery building in Helena, Montana. She is the owner of Big Fish PR and Wild Plum Bakery & Market.

Blair holds a Bachelors degree from Carroll College in Helena, Montana.

Rick Miller, Managing Partner

Rick has almost 30 years experience in the construction industry and is a seasoned developer. He has owned and operated Miller Construction since 1979, and specializes in Residential and Light Commercial construction. He also builds and operates residential rental units and storage units and manages a 6000 acre ranch, which has been in his family for three generations.

He holds a degree in Construction Engineering from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana.
